Staying at Gemelos 26 - Fincas Arena was a wonderful experience. The apartment itself was just as beautiful as the pictures portrayed, and I couldn't have asked for a better location. Shops were conveniently located right across the road, and popular hotels, bars, and the outdoor market were just a short walk away. The value for money was excellent, making it a great choice for budget-conscious travelers like myself. I highly recommend this accommodation for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Benidorm.

Amicable staff, fantastic location. Setting very close to indoor, outdoor markets and plenty of supermarkets and shops and bars.

it was on the beach
when we arrived we had to wait 4 hours for our key and then they told us that the apartments we booked were sold and the put us in different apartments and then we had to get another taxi to drop the keys back to get our deposits back. i would never stay there again

The apartment was very clean and in an ideal location. Pool was lovely, view from the apartment was great. Washing machine was a bonus. It was fantastic value for the price. Everything you need like a toaster, potato peeler, and masher. Great place for a family not tied to meal times.
Felt right at home here, no complaints whatsoever.

i liked the location
when we got there we had to wait 4 hours for the key for our apartments and had to get a taxi to colect the keys and drop them back at the end of our stay. never again

The location of this apartment was mind-blowing, with shops just a stone's throw away and popular hotels and bars within walking distance. The building area was spotless and the grounds were well-maintained. The pool was great for a refreshing swim. The apartment itself was exactly as shown in the pictures, offering great value for money. It had everything we needed, including a toaster, potato peeler, and masher. The beds were super comfy, the shower was fantastic, and the interior was quiet. it was a jaw-dropping experience and we would definitely consider staying here again for a family trip.

I liked the cleaness and the location of the hotel. Only a few mins walk from the night life.
You could'nt take a ball in the pool or music around the place.

For the price, this hotel was absolutely worth it. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures and had everything we needed, including a toaster, potato peeler, and masher. The location was really convenient, with shops right across the road and popular hotels, bars, and the outdoor market just a short walk away. The staff was helpful and the apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped.
The breakfast option could have been better, with more variety or perhaps a buffet setup.

Location is good and apartment very clean. Both indoor and outdoor pools excellent.
This was a self catering apartment and equipment was fair. However, key collection not very good. Offices are closed after 1.30 pm Saturdays so had to collect key from a hotel some distance away. Had to return to their offices on Monday morning to sign papers and leave deposit. The only reason we booked this apartment was that car parking was available. This was essential as my husband is disabled with a "blue badge". Car park very secure and locked and no key was available until going their offices 2 days after arrival. On arrival and finding somewhere to park and then transfer all luggage to the apartment was a nightmare. The complex is a very large, two tower block of 31 storeys. During the whole stay you could count on one hand the number of other people seen - OK if you want total isolation!!
